Ordering Info
Payment
We accept all major credit cards through PayPal.
You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this service. When checking out please click on the
PayPal button and you will be directed to the screen to enter your credit card information or proceed
to paying through PayPal.
If paying by a check we must receive it within 10 business days. Once your check has cleared we
will ship your order.
Shipping
We use USPS priority mail for all our packages. Shipping will be calculated by the weight and your
location. If all items will fit into a flat rate box and you are charged more than that amount we will
adjust your invoice.
Returns
Due to health and safety issues we can not accept returns on bath and body products. We do want all
our customers to be very pleased with their purchase so please contact us if for some reason you are
not pleased, and we will do our very best to make you happy.
We do try to describe our products and the fragrance as best as we can but do realize it difficult to
imagine a fragrance without actually smelling it. We suggest that you purchase our sampler set to
sample the quality and fragrance. With each order we will include some samples for you to try. If
there is a fragrance that you would like to try after you have placed your order send an email to
mrssterlings@netscape.net with your preference of fragrance and we will do our very best to include
that with your order.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect sales tax on all orders placed with a Florida address.

your personal information for any reason outside of our company. We value your privacy.
